Druid Smoked Salt is a sea salt smoked using a technique passed on from the vikings. The salt is smoked over locally sourced woods and wild juniper bushes which are imported fron nearby Norway, this results in a flavour that is both warm and spicy, adding a wood fired taste to meats and fish. It is also matches perfect with tomatoes, cucumbers and eggs.
