When ordering from ud-almeria.es, it is important to ensure you select the correct box size, as most products are made to order. For this reason, returns or exchanges are not possible. If you are unsure which size you require, please contact us prior to ordering and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

Orders placed before 10:30am, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day via our courier service for next working day delivery. While next-day delivery is our standard service, we kindly ask that you allow 2–3 working days for delivery, as occasional delays may occur that are beyond our control. Please note that deliveries do not take place on weekends or bank holidays.
