A reliable old heirloom sweetcorn dating from 1902 that thoroughly deserves its name. Corns are more gold than regular sweetcorn, positively glowing from their cobs. An early variety, this one produces a lovely flavour and can tolerate pretty poor soils. 2 ears per plant
