Description Gluten Free & Kosher Black Pepper Steak: Ingredients: ½ cup (or more if needed to cover steak) Allegro Black Pepper Marinade 2 pounds New York Strip, Rib-eye or sirloin steaks (about 1 inch thick) Directions: Place steaks in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add Marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 2 hours to 24 hours. Longer yields extra flavor. Remove from fridge and let set at room temperature for 30 minutes. Discard any remaining marinade. Grill over medium-high heat 6-8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
